Hamburg (euro adhoc) - Hamburg. Oct. 29, 2007. Sven Heyrowsky, member
of the management board of D+S europe AG (ISIN: DE0005336804), leaves
the supervisory board of Intershop Communications AG, Jena. In a
letter of October 29, 2007 Mr Heyrowsky gave notice to the management
and the supervisory board in due form and in due time that he will
abdicate his mandate as a member of the supervisory board of
Intershop Communications AG by November 30, 2007.

Sven Heyrwosky, who is the founder and at that time was managing
partner of the successful e-commerce service provider Heycom, entered
the supervisory board of Intershop Communications AG in March 2007 as
a strategic investor and as major single stockholder. Mr Heyrowsky
sold Heycom to D+S europe AG with effect from July 1, 2007. D+S
europe AG is a company which as a leading service provider covers the
value added chain for e-commerce and integrated customer contact
management. In the course of the transaction Intershop Communication
AG´s block of shares passed into the property of D+S europe AG.

According to its statement D+S europe AG currently is Intershop
Communications AG´s major single stockholder. Even though there are
operational points of contact and future cooperation is imaginable,
D+S europe AG does not regard its participation financing of
Intershop Communications AG as a strategic engagement and therefore
also does not consider it necessary to be represented in the
supervisory board of Intershop Communications AG.
