Advanced Inflight Alliance AG: Change in Management Board

- CEO Louis Bélanger-Martin resigns with mutual consent
- Current CFO Wolfgang Brand appointed to be new CEO
- Ade-Walé Adepoju to join the Management Board of the company

Munich, August 28, 2013 - The CEO of Advanced Inflight Alliance AG (ISIN
DE0001262186, WKN 126218, Sitz: Schellingstr. 35, 80799 Munich), Mr. Louis
Bélanger-Martin, today resigned in mutual consent with the Supervisory
Board from his position as member of the Management Board and CEO of the
company with the effect as of August 31, 2013 to pursue new challenges. At
the same time the employment contract between the company and Mr.
Bélanger-Martin will be cancelled as of the aforementioned date. The
Supervisory Board explicitly thanks Mr. Bélanger-Martin for his many years
of dedication and the trustful cooperation and wishes him all the best for
his future.

Furthermore, the Supervisory Board today appointed the current CFO, Mr.
Wolfgang Brand, as new CEO of the company with the effect as of September
1, 2013. Mr. Brand is the CFO of Advanced Inflight Alliance AG since March
2010 and will continue to be the CFO in addition to his role as CEO.

In addition, the Supervisory Board today appointed Mr. Ade-Walé Adepoju as
COO of the company with the effect as of September 1, 2013. Mr. Adepoju
works for the company since April 2012 and since then is responsible for
strategy and operations. In his role as COO Mr. Adepoju will be responsible
for the operational business of the company.
