Kronach, June 11, 2013. - The Executive Board of Loewe AG has announced
that, as expected, the monthly balance sheet for May 2013 shows a loss of
more than half the Company's capital stock. The Executive Board will call
without delay a General Shareholders' Meeting for July 31, 2013 in Berlin
to announce the loss of half the Company's capital stock in accordance with
§ 92 (1) of the German Stock Corporation Act and propose a simplified
capital reduction to compensate for the losses and impairments that have
occurred. The capital stock of Loewe AG shall be reduced to EUR 3,252,307.
The capital reduction shall be carried out through a 4:1 share
consolidation. In addition, Loewe is in the process of implementing a
capital increase, which will include current shareholders and new
investors.
