Neuhausen am Rheinfall/Switzerland - LifeWatch AG (SIX Swiss
Exchange: LIFE) informs about a notification the Company files today
with the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA reporting
a possible violation by major shareholders of their disclosure
obligations pursuant to the Swiss Stock Exchange Act. The Company
requests the suspension of the voting rights of all members of a
shareholder group, that lately reported that they hold 27.7%,
including other individuals who have, in the view of the Company,
violated their disclosure obligations. This may concern around 31% or
more of all voting rights.
