binding; Relief from the burden of debt and release of funds for
continued restructuring and corporate development

Berlin, 18.04.2013 - The contract for the sale-and-lease-back of the
company site in Berlin-Lankwitz has been given final approval by the buyer
and is therefore legally binding. This transaction will not only allow
Berliner Synchron to write off almost all its debts at a stroke but also
free up resources for further rapid restructuring of the company. The way
is therefore now clear for Berliner Synchron to implement its future
business strategies.
The annual report and accounts for 2012 will now be finalized and the
shareholders then invited to the Annual General Meeting.

25 April 2013: Publication of the preliminary annual figures for 2012
30 April 2013: Publication of the annual accounts for 2012
06 - 08 May 2013: Entry and General Standard Conference of the Frankfurt
