On 9 April 2013, Mr Marc Fielmann, Germany, notified us pursuant to § 21
Para. 1 of the German Securities Act (WpHG) that his share of voting
rights in our company had exceeded the thresholds of 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%,
30% and 50% on 4 April 2013 and on this date amounted to 71.64% (30,090,422
voting rights).
62.86% (26,402,820 voting rights) thereof are attributed to him pursuant to
§ 22 Para. 2 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG).
Voting rights are attributed to him from the following shareholders, whose
share of voting rights in Fielmann AG in each case amounts to 3% or more:

- Prof. Dr. Günther Fielmann
