Correction of our announcement of 06.03.2013
On April 12, 2013, the Belgian Ministry of Finance, Brussels, Belgium,
acting in the name and on behalf of the Kingdom of Belgium, has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares the Voting
Rights of the Kingdom of Belgium on HAMBORNER REIT AG, Duisburg, Germany,
have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on December 31, 2012
and on that day amounted to 3.57% (this corresponds to 1.622.184 Voting
Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 2.97% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1349765 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the Kingdom of Belgium from Société Féderale de
Participations et d'Investissement/Federale Participatie- en
Investeringsmaatschappij SA/NV ('SFPI/FPIM').
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 0.60% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
272.419 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the Kingdom of Belgium.
On April 11, 2013, Société Féderale de Participations et
d'Investissement/Federale Participatie- en Investeringsmaatschappij SA/NV
('SFPI/FPIM'), Brussels, Belgium has informed us according to Article 21,
Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on HAMBORNER REIT
AG, Duisburg, Germany, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights
on December 31, 2012 and on that day amounted to 3.57% (this corresponds to
1.622.184 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 2.97% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1.349.765 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 0.60% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
272.419 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company.
