voting rights in Daimler AG, Stuttgart, Germany exceeded the threshold of 3
% on April 5, 2013 and amounts to 3.58 % (equals: 38,268,282 voting rights)
as per this date. Of these voting rights 0.00 % (equals: 6,350 voting
rights) are to be attributed to Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft, Frankfurt
am Main, Germany, pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG; 0.10 %
(equals: 1,096,994 voting rights) are to be attributed pursuant to section
