Schöneck, April 12, 2013 - GK SOFTWARE AG and the US company RedIron (RI-2
LLC) have signed an agreement to form a strategic implementation
partnership. RedIron will handle the introduction of GK SOFTWARE AG
solutions in North and Central America as part of the deal. GK SOFTWARE
will support RedIron with training and consultancy and development
services.
RedIron is the most experienced development & implementation partner for
the SAP POS application software (formerly known as Triversity) and have
worked with 90 percent of the major retailers that are using this system.
The company therefore has both retail expertise and the specialists capable
of introducing the GK SOFTWARE AG solutions.
GK SOFTWARE AG will benefit from licensing, maintenance and consulting
revenues accruing from joint projects.
