Financial figures for the year 2012 are confirmed

Einhell Germany AG (ISIN: DE 0005654933) which is listed under Prime
Standard of Deutsche Börse AG announces the following:

The annual financial accounts of the Einhell-Group for the year 2012 have
been confirmed by the supervisory board.

In the business year 2012, the Einhell-Group generated revenues of EUR
379.9 million in comparison with the previous year of EUR 365.3 million.

Earnings before tax amount to EUR 10.2 million (previous year EUR 19.1
million) with a pre-tax yield of 2.7% (previous year 5.2%). An EBIT-Yield
of 3.2% (previous year 6.2%) in relation to the turnover has been obtained
in the business year 2012. The EBIT has decreased in comparison with the
previous year and amounts to EUR 12.1 million (previous year EUR 22.7
million).

The net income after minority's interest amounts to EUR 5.8 million
(previous year EUR 14.5 million).

The profit per share according DVFA is calculated to EUR 1.5 (previous year
EUR 3.9).

The board of directors and the supervisory board will propose at the
general meeting on 21 June 2013, a dividend of EUR 0.60 per preferred share
and EUR 0.54 per common share.

The Einhell-Group continues to show up a very solid balance sheet structure
with an equity-ratio of around 62%. Einhell will use this financial base
for further investments in its product range and in systematic opening up
of new markets.

Forecast:
For the business year 2013, the Einhell-Group assumes an increase in
turnover to around
EUR 400-420 million and profitability before taxes of around 3-4%.
