Neuhausen am Rheinfall/Schweiz - LifeWatch AG (SIX Swiss Exchange:
LIFE) bestätigt heute den Erhalt eines Schreibens von Patrik Ringler
im Namen einer Aktionärsgruppe, in dem die Aufnahme zusätzlicher
Traktanden in die Traktandenliste für die Ordentliche
Generalversammlung am 29. Mai 2013 in Zürich verlangt wird.

Das Traktandierungsbegehren ist fristgerecht eingegangen und verlangt
die teilweise Anpassung der Statuten im Sinne der kürzlich in der
Schweiz angenommenen Minder-Initiative und die Wahl von Antoine
Hubert und Dr. Stephan Rietiker als zusätzliche
Verwaltungsratsmitglieder der LifeWatch AG.

Der Verwaltungsrat der LifeWatch AG wird das Traktandierungsbegehren
der Aktionärsgruppe bei der Vorbereitung der Generalversammlung
berücksichtigen. Die vollumfängliche Traktandenliste der Ordentlichen
Generalversammlung wird rechtzeitig, d.h. spätestens 20 Tage vor der
Ordentlichen Generalversammlung am Mittwoch, den 29. Mai 2013 in
Zürich bekannt gegeben.
