SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES signed an exclusive representation contract
with DKSH Korea for SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES' PV activities in Korea.
DKSH, the leading Market Expansion Services provider with a focus on
Asia, introduces high-quality solar cell technology from SINGULUS
TECHNOLOGIES to Korea's photovoltaic market. With new machine
concepts and manufacturing processes in the crystalline and thin-film
solar technology SINGULUS provides Korean leading-edge solar cell
manufacturers with highest-quality, cost-efficient manufacturing
solutions.

Kahl am Main, February 25, 2013 - SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES (SINGULUS)
selected DKSH as partner of choice in Korea, thereby benefiting from
DKSH's value-added Market Expansion Services such as market research,
structured sales and marketing. DKSH leverages its experience in the
solar market to grow SINGULUS' presence in Korea's photovoltaic
industry.
