exceeded the threshold of 3% on 21.01.2013 and per this date amounts to 4,997%

All of these voting rights are attributed to SEB AG, Germany pursuant to
sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG.
In accordance with Section 21 Paragraph 1 WpHG Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB
(publ), Stockholm, Sweden has informed us that the percentage holding of the
voting rights in Wincor Nixdorf Aktiengesellschaft, Paderborn, Germany has
fallen below the threshold of 3% on 22.01.2013 and per this date amounts to
0,00% (0 voting rights).
All of these voting rights are attributed to SEB AG, Germany pursuant to
