Personnel changes in the management of Goldbach Interactive and
Goldbach Group

Kusnacht-Zurich, January 11th, 2013 - Bramwell Kaltenrieder,
responsible for Goldbach Interactive, has decided to take a break and
leave the Goldbach Group on 31st March 2013. Frank Lang will succeed
him as Managing Director of Goldbach Interactive (Switzerland).

After ten years of intensive development and integration work,
Bramwell Kaltenrieder has decided to step down from his duties as
Managing Director of Goldbach Interactive and as a member of the
Executive Committee (management of Goldbach Group) in order to travel
the world for several months and fulfill his desire for further
education. Thus, a very successful collaboration comes to an end.

Under Kaltenrieder's leadership since 2003, Goldbach Interactive
(formerly orange8 interactive) has developed into a leading digital
agency in Switzerland, which develops comprehensively the potential
of companies in digital marketing. As leader of the Business Line
Goldbach Interactive, Kaltenrieder was also responsible for the
successful internationalization of these companies in Germany,
Austria, Slovenia, Poland and Russia.

The Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of Goldbach Group
are grateful for his valuable contributions to the company and wish
Bramwell Kaltenrieder all the best for his professional and personal
future.

On 1 February 2013 Frank Lang will succeed as Managing Director of
Goldbach Interactive (Switzerland), in addition to his position as
Managing Director of Goldbach Mobile.

As of 1 March 2013, Ina Krock will join Goldbach and will take over
the business unit Marketing Performance at group level. Ina Krock has
been successful in recent years as Head of Media Cooperations at
Quisma, a subsidiary of GroupM, and was responsible for the
establishment and development of DACH markets in Performance
Marketing as well as for Trading at national and international level.
