Announcement according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG (share)
1. BR Jersey International Holdings L.P., St. Helier, Jersey, Channel Islands,
informed us pursuant to Section 21 Paragraph 1 WpHG that their percentage
holding of the voting rights in K+S Aktiengesellschaft fell below the threshold
of 3% on 05.10.2012 and amounts to 2.98% (5,700,438 voting shares) on that day.
All of the voting rights are attributable to BR Jersey International Holdings
L.P., pursuant to Section 22 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 No. 6 in connection with
Sentence 2 WpHG.
2. BlackRock International Holdings Inc., New York, NY, USA, informed us
pursuant to Section 21 Paragraph 1 WpHG that their percentage holding of the
voting rights in K+S Aktiengesellschaft fell below the threshold of 3% on
05.10.2012 and amounts to 2.98% (5,700,438 voting shares) on that day. All of
the voting rights are attributable to BlackRock International Holdings Inc.,
pursuant to Section 22 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 No. 6 in connection with Sentence
2 WpHG.
