Explanation: The purchase of the new shares, booked on the
shareholder's account after expiration of the subscription
period temporarily as a claims for the delivery of new
shares (ISIN DE000A1PG9C6 / securities identification no.
A1P G9C) was carried out through exercising the
subscription rights (ISIN: DE000A1PG9B8 / securities
identification no.: A1P G9B) and the allotment in
accordance with requests for additional subscription as
part of the regular capital increase approved by the Annual
General Meeting of Shareholders on March 6, 2012 and of the
subscription offer published in the German Federal Gazette
on June 6, 2012.
The subscriptions are now only contingent upon the timely
receipt of the subscription price which must have been
submitted by midnight of August 15, 2012, at the latest.
The company anticipates that the implementation of the
capital increase will be entered into the Commercial
Register in the second half of August 2012, as planned,
thereby marking the completion of the capital increase.
The new shares will be delivered once the implementation of
the capital increase has been entered into the Commercial
Register.
Until the date when the new shares are included in the
listing of the old shares, they will be booked under the
separate ISIN DE000A1PG9A0 (securities identification no.
A1P G9A).
