1. In accordance with Section 21 Paragraph 1 WpHG BlackRock, Inc., New York, NY,
U.S.A has informed us on June 15, 2012 that the percentage holding of the voting
rights in Wincor Nixdorf AG, Paderborn, Germany has exceeded the threshold of 3%
on 08.05.2012 and amounts to 3,003% (993678 voting rights) on that day.
All of these voting rights are attributable to BlackRock, Inc. pursuant to
Section 22 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.
2. In accordance with Section 21 Paragraph 1 WpHG BlackRock, Inc., New York, NY,
U.S.A has informed us that the percentage holding of the voting rights in Wincor
Nixdorf AG, Paderborn, Germany has fallen below the threshold of 3% on
08.06.2012 and amounts to 2,99% (990042 voting rights) on that day.
All of these voting rights are attributable to BlackRock, Inc. pursuant to
Section 22 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.
