Group ANDRITZ announces that it has acquired more than 10% of shares
in Schuler AG since disclosing its decision to submit a voluntary
public takeover offer. ANDRITZ thus holds over 10% of the shares in
Schuler AG; together with its previous acquisition of Schuler AG
shares still subject to approval by the anti-trust authorities,
ANDRITZ now has access to more than 48.5% of the total shares.
