coupon: 4,375 %, payable half-yearly

Following launch of KTM Power Sports AG´s notes isse, the issue size
has been set at 85 mio. The issue price is 101,389 %. The coupon
amounts to 4,375%, payable half-yearly on 24 October and 24 April.
The first interests will be paid on 24 October 2012.

Erste Group Bank AG and UniCredit Bank Austria AG act as Joint Lead
Managers, Oberbank AG and Raiffeisen Landesbank Oberösterreich
Aktiengesellschaft act as Senior-Co Lead Managers and Allgemeine
Sparkasse Oberösterreich Bankaktiengesellschaft and
RAIFFEISENLANDESBANK NIEDERÖSTERREICH-WIEN AG act as Co-Manager of
the transaction.
