Change in Supervisory Board
21.02.2012
Garbsen, 21 February 2012 - Bernd Hildebrandt, co-founder and major
shareholder of LPKF Laser & Electronics AG will step down from his
position on the Supervisory Board at the end of the Annual General
Meeting on 31 May 2012.
As one of the founders of Laser & Electronics AG, he managed the
company for 24 years as General Manager/Chief Executive Officer and
has been Chairman of the LPKF Supervisory Board for the last 11
years.
The 65 year old leaves the successfully expanding company for
personal reasons. He wishes to concentrate more in future on his
foundation "Tier-hilft-Mensch".
The shares in LPKF Laser & Electronics AG are listed on the Prime
Standard Segment on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, Germany (ISIN
0006450000).
