entered into a partnership with OPAL Associates Holding AG for the
distribution of mobile terminals in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and
Denmark. As a leading systems integrator headquartered in
Switzerland, OPAL now extends its product portfolio with mobile
terminals from Skeye. OPAL perceives itself as a full-range provider
in the Auto-ID industry segment and realises holistic concepts in the
fields of mobile computing, printing and SAP integration.

With its mobile Skeye brand products, Hoeft & Wessel is a specialist
provider of solutions for deployment in the field service, logistics
and in the retail segment. Hoeft & Wessel AG, headquartered in
