AGX) today announced that the Company will hold a conference call to
discuss financial results for the first quarter of 2011 and to
provide a business update. The results will be published on
Wednesday, May 4, 2011 in advance of the conference call.

The conference call, which will be conducted in English, will be held
on Wednesday, May 4, 2011 at 9 AM ET/3 PM CET.
