Hamburg (euro adhoc) - In the first quarter of 2010/2011 (1 September
2010 to 30 November 2010), SinnerSchrader considerably surpassed the
record figures of the fourth quarter of 2009/2010. Based on the
preliminary figures, the net revenues for the quarter amounted to
over EUR 7.5 million, which is over 10 per cent more than the
previous quarter and over 25 per cent higher than in the previous
year.

The EBITA also reached a new record of around EUR 1.2 million, which
is about double the amount of the previous year. All segments
contributed to the doubling of earnings, with the Interactive Media
segment developing particularly well.

SinnerSchrader has thus started the new financial year better than
planned overall. The digital marketing sector continues to grow
dynamically also thanks to the good economic climate in Germany. The
growth targets for the 2010/2011 financial year - an increase of 15
to 20 per cent in net revenues and at least proportional development
of EBITA - can therefore be confirmed. The good operative development
will also be reflected in a significant rise in the consolidated
revenues.

In light of the positive expectations for the current 2010/2011
financial year, the Management Board and Supervisory Board proposed a
dividend of EUR 0.08 per share at the Annual General Meeting held
today in Hamburg, to be paid from earnings generated in the 2009/2010
financial year. This dividend will once again be paid from the
contribution account for tax purposes, and is thus tax-free for those
with minor holdings.
