Karlsruhe (euro adhoc) - 22 October 2007 - asknet AG, a leading
global electronic software distribution supplier, today announced
that it has signed a worldwide eCommerce partnership with Ipswitch,
Inc., a leading developer of network monitoring, messaging and
managed file transfer solutions. Ipswitch will be asknet´s largest
North American client.

asknet has assumed the responsibility for technical migration of all
worldwide Ipswitch online shops to its own platform. This includes
the implementation of the shop functions, as well as the hosting and
processing of the transactions, all the way to the actual
distribution of the software. asknet implemented a fully customizable
shop-technology solution to meet the unique needs of Ipswitch and its
customers. The improved and streamlined asknet shop-technology user
interface is expected to lower shopping cart abandonment rates while
increasing conversion rates.
