In accordance with § 21 para.1 WpHG, we have received on September
13, 2007 the following announcements from Global Opportunities
Capital, Amsterdam/The Netherlands:
1. Pursuant to § 21 para.1 WpHG, on September 11, 2007 the voting
interests held by Global Opportunities (GO) Capital Asset Management
B.V., Amsterdam/The Netherlands, in Thielert AG exceeded the
threshold of 20% and now amounts to 20.21%. This is equal to
4,283,662 shares. 20.21% of the voting shares, which are hold by
Global Opportunities Fund directly, are attributable to Global
Opportunities (GO) Capital Asset Management B.V. in accordance with §
22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 of the WpHG.
2. Pursuant to § 21 para.1 WpHG, on September 11, 2007 the voting
interests held by Global Opportunities Fund, Amsterdam/The
Netherlands, in Thielert AG exceeded the threshold of 20% and now
amounts to 20.21% This is equal to 4,283,662 shares.
3. Pursuant to § 21 para.1 WpHG, on September 11, 2007 the voting
interests held by Global Opportunities (GO) Capital Asset Management
N.V., Amsterdam/The Netherlands, in Thielert AG exceeded the
threshold of 20% and now amounts to 20.21%. This is equal to
4,283,662 shares. 20.21% of the voting shares, which are hold by
Global Opportunities Fund directly, are attributable to GO Capital
Asset Management N.V. in accordance with § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6
and sent. 2 of the WpHG. In the announcement from 26 June 2007 and 19
July 2007 from Go Capital Asset Management N.V. the attributable
voting rights are attributed to Go Capital Asset Management N.V. and
not (as we mentioned) to Go Capital Asset Management B.V..
