Correction of the votings rights announcement published on March 5,
2007:

On August 30,2007, Allianz Global Investors Kapitalanlagegesellschaft
mbH has amendatorily informed us according article 21 section 1
sentence 1 WpHG that via shares its voting rights on Software AG,
Darmstadt, Germany, ISIN: DE0003304002, WKN: 330400 have exceeded the
3% limit of the voting rights on February 27, 2007, and now amount to
3.13% (this corresponds to 879212 of a total of 28112715 voting
rights).

According to article 21 section 1 sentende 1 WpHG in conjunction with
article 32 section 2 sentence 3 InvG, 1.74% of the voting rights
(this corresponds to 488205 of a total of 28112715 voting rights) is
held by Allianz Global Investors Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH
itself.

1.39% of the total amount of voting rights of the voting rights of
Allianz Global Investors Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH (this
corresponds to 391007 of a total of 28112715 voting rights whereas
389870 out of the 391007 voting rights are allotted to shares which
are held in special funds managed by Allianz Global Investors
Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH) is attributed to the company according
to article 22 section 1 sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG.
