Stuttgart, April 25, 2006 - Heiler Software AG, one of the leading
providers of electronic product information solutions and catalog
management systems, increased based on the preliminary consolidated
figures according to IFRS its revenues in the second quarter of
fiscal year 2005/06 (01/01/2006 - 03/31/2006) from 1.32 million Euro
to 2.30 million Euro (+74%). The growth pertained to all business
areas. Especially positive was the development of the license
revenues with an increase from 0.32 million Euro to 0.54 million Euro
(+69%) when compared to the corresponding quarter of the prior year
and the consulting revenues with a rise from 0.69 million Euro to
1.28 million Euro (+86%). The hosting and the so-called Application
Service Providing (ASP)-revenues increased from 0.10 million Euro to
0.17 million Euro (+70%) and the maintenance revenues increased from
0.19 million Euro to 0.22 million Euro (+16%).

The revenues growth led in the second quarter of fiscal 2005/06 to a
significant improvement of margins and results. Earnings before
interest and taxes (EBIT) increased by 0.69 million Euro from -0.54
million Euro to +0.15 million Euro. Net income improved from -0.43
million Euro to +0.23 million Euro (+0.66 million Euro) and earnings
per share improved from -0.04 Euro to +0.02 Euro (+0.06 Euro).

Also joyful was the development of net cash flows, which improved
from -0.22 million Euro to +0.56 million Euro by 0.78 million Euro
when compared to the corresponding period of the prior year. Cash and
cash equivalents increased in the second quarter 2005/06 from 15.9
million Euro to 16.5 million Euro.

Even when compared to the profitable first quarter 2005/06, revenues,
margins and net income were able to be increased. Therefore, Heiler
Software recognized its best first half of a fiscal year in its
corporate history.

Through signed deals with new customers in Europe and the US, the
order situation in the second quarter of fiscal 2005/06 has been
further improved. Based on the current actual outstanding orders and
potential future orders, Management expects for fiscal year 2005/06 a
high double-digit growth rate with total sales revenues in the area
between 8 to 9 million Euro (prior year: 5.74 million Euro) and a
positive net income (prior year: -1.38 million Euro).

The Company will publish the complete report with the finalized
figures for the second quarter of fiscal year 2005/06 on 05/10/2006.
