Financial figures at mid-year 2007

The Einhell group continues its successful development at
mid-year 2007. Because of the sale of weka Holzbau GmbH as at 29th
December 2006 the total turnover decreased compared to last year.
Adjusted by the effect of the sale in the operating business the
Einhell group exceeded once again the turnover and the result
compared to the same period of last year.

Despite the difficult market situation, the Einhell group was able
to increase its turnover to Euro 206,0 million at mid-year 2007. A
turnover of Euro 221,0 million was reached at mid-year 2006.
Adjusted by the effect of sale of weka Holzbau GmbH in December
2006 the turnover amounted to Euro 195,8 million at mid-year
2006. Therefore, the Einhell group could reach a turnover increase
of 5.2% compared to the adjusted turnover.

The Einhell group reached a net profit from ordinary activities of
Euro 12,8 million (Euro 12,8 million last year) at mid-year 2007.
Adjusted by the effect of sale of weka Holzbau GmbH the net profit
from ordinary activities amounted to Euro 12,0 million last
year. Therefore, the group result increased by 6,7% compared to the
adjusted result of last year.

The group net profit after minorities increased by 14,3% to Euro
8,8 million (Euro 8,2 million last year, adjusted Euro 7,7 million
last year) compared to the adjusted figures. The result per share
amounts to Euro 2,3 per share (Euro 2,2 per share last year,
adjusted Euro 2,0 per share).

The first mid-year of the financial year 2007 proceeded for the
Einhell group according to the planning. For this reason the board
of directors of Einhell AG is confident to reach the planned target
of Euro 380 million to Euro 400 million in turnover at with an
earnings margin of around 5,5% - 6% by the end of the year.
