The CompuGROUP increases both turnover and profit in the first half of the
year
. Compared with the first six months of the year 2006, the group's
turnover increased by 35 per cent from EUR 62.3 Million to EUR 84.2
Million.
. EBITDA-increase of more than 40 per cent compared with the previous
year to a total of EUR 23.7 Million.
. The financial targets for 2007 confirmed
Koblenz - August 14th 2007: The CompuGROUP Holding AG, a leading
European provider of eHealth-solutions, today made known the
group's business figures for the first half of 2007 according to
IFRS. Compared with the same period of the previous year, all
relevant financial and customer key figures show a strong rate of
growth.
Apart from the strong rate of growth, in particular due to the
segments HPS (Health Provider Services), which revealed an increase
of 44.3 per cent and HCS (Health Connectivity Services) with an
increase of ca. 22 per cent, the financial figures are shaped above
all by the latest successful acquisitions of TEPE and systema.
In the first half of 2007 the group-wide turnover increased by 35 %
to a total of EUR 84.2 million (previous year: EUR 62.3 million).
The result before interest, taxes and depreciations (EBITDA) was, at
a total of EUR 23.7 million, 40.7 % above the level of the
previous year: EUR 16.9 million). The pre-tax result (EBT) was
able to be increased by more than 50 % to approx. EUR 12.1 million
(previous year: EUR 8.0 million).
It was also possible to more than double the Cash Net Income from EUR
10.9 million in the previous year to EUR 24.3 million in this. The
cash result per share was EUR 0.51 compared with EUR 0.24 in the
same period of the previous year.
