received on June 06, 2007 the following announcements from Lloyds TSB
Group Plc, Haywards Heath, West Sussex/United Kingdom:

1. On May 25, 2007 Scottish Widows Plc, Edinburgh/United Kingdom,
which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Lloyds TSB Group Plc, fell
below the 3% threshold and now has a notifiable interest in 581,760
shares of Thielert AG. This equates to 2.925% of the issued share
capital. This is worked out on a share capital of 19,891,530 shares.
2.925% (581,760 shares) voting rights are attributed to Lloyds TSB
Group Plc pursuant to sec. 22, para 1, sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG through
Scottish Widows Plc.

2. On May 25, 2007 Lloyds TSB Group Plc, Edinburgh/United Kingdom,
fell below the 3% threshold and now has a notifiable interest in
581,760 shares of Thielert AG. This equates to 2.925% of the issued
share capital. This is worked out on a share capital of 19,891,530
shares. 2.925% (581,760 shares) voting rights are attributed to
Lloyds TSB Group Plc pursuant to sec. 22, para 1, sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG
through Scottish Widows Plc.
