On 15 May 2007, Allianz SE, Munich, notified us the following:
"Persuant to § 25 sub-section 1 German Securities Trading Act, we
inform you that on 9 May 2007, we held indirectly financial
instruments that grant the right to acquire 75038 shares in
HeidelbergCement AG, Berliner Str. 6, 69120 Heidelberg, Germany*,
which represent 0.06% of the voting rights. On that day we would have
dropped below the threshold of 5% of the voting rights in
HeidelbergCement AG.
At the same time we inform you pursuant to § 25 sub-section 1 German
Securities Trading Act, in connection with § 24 German Securities
Trading Act that:
On 9 May 2007, Allianz Finanzbeteiligungs GmbH, Königinstr. 28, 80802
Munich, Germany*, held indirectly financial instruments that grant
the right to acquire 75038 shares in HeidelbergCement AG, Berliner
Str. 6, 69120 Heidelberg, Germany*, which represent 0.06% of the
voting rights. On that day Allianz Finanzbeteiligungs GmbH would have
dropped below the threshold of 5% of the voting rights in
HeidelbergCement AG.
On 9 May 2007, Dresdner Bank AG, Jürgen-Ponto-Platz 1, 60301
Frankfurt am Main, Germany*, held directly and indirectly financial
instruments that grant the right to acquire 75038 shares in
HeidelbergCement AG, Berliner Str. 6, 69120 Heidelberg, Germany*,
which represent 0.06% of the voting rights. On that day Dresdner Bank
AG would have dropped below the threshold of 5% of the voting rights
in HeidelbergCement AG.
