We received the following notification from Thielert
Vermögensverwaltung GmbH, Helbingstr. 64-66, 22047 Hamburg, on May 9,
2007, pursuant to Section 21 paragraph 1 WpHG:

1. Mr. Frank Thielert, Andreasstr. 4, 22301 Hamburg, notifies us
according to Section 21 paragraph 1 WpHG that his share in the
voting rights in Thielert Aktiengesellschaft (ISIN DE0006052079,
Helbingstr. 64-66, 22047 Hamburg) has fallen below the thresholds of
30%, 25%, 20%, and 15% between early July and end of September 2006
and now amounts to 14.85%. This corresponds to 2,953,552 votes. All
voting rights are attributable to Mr. Frank Thielert via Thielert
Vermögensverwaltung GmbH, Hamburg, pursuant to Section 22 paragraph 1
sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.

2. Mr. Frank Thielert acting in his capacity as managing director of
Thielert Vermögensverwaltung GmbH, Helbingstr. 64-66, 22047 Hamburg,
with the power of sole representation further notified us pursuant to
Section 21 paragraph 1 WpHG that the share of the voting rights of
Thielert Vermögensverwaltung GmbH in Thielert Aktiengesellschaft
(ISIN DE0006052079, Helbingstr. 64-66, 22047 Hamburg) has fallen
below the thresholds of 30%, 25%, 20%, and 15% between early July and
end of September 2006 and now amounts to 14.85%. This corresponds to
2,953,552 votes.

Note of Thielert Vermögensverwaltung GmbH:

Thielert Vermögensverwaltung GmbH (TVV) assumes that it has lost
ownership of 3,682,952 shares in Thielert Aktiengesellschaft between
early July and end of September 2006 and now only holds 2,953,552
shares, corresponding to a participation of 14.85%. It became aware
of this on May 7, 2007, after inspecting the protocols of the
interrogation of the former (indirect) shareholder Marco Hahn by the
public prosecutor's office in Kiel. TVV had filed criminal charges
because of suspected embezzlement in a particular severe case. TVV
has also sued Mr. Marco Hahn, two companies dominated by him, and
Flensburger Sparkasse for return of the shares before the district
court in Flensburg. The preliminary amount in dispute amounts to EUR
70 million. TVV holds the legal position that Flensburger Sparkasse
is equally liable next to Hahn and his companies for the losses
incurred.
