Fidelity International Limited, Hamilton HMCX, Bermuda, have informed
us that pursuant to § 21 Abs. 1 WpHG on April 20, 2007 their voting
interest in Wincor Nixdorf AG, Paderborn, Germany, went below the 5 %
treshold and amounts to 4.93% (1,630,602 voting rights). The voting
rights are in their entirety attributable to Fidelity International
Limited pursuant to § 22 Abs. 1 S. 1 Nr. 6 WpHG.
