CA Immobilien Anlagen Aktiengesellschaft together with its investment
banking advisors and based on the order book has set the subscription
and offer price per share at 23.25 EUR together with its investment
banking advisors and based on the order book and the number of new
shares at 29.086.200 ordinary bearer shares (with no par value).
Therefore the total offer value amounts to 676.3 million EUR. The
offering consisted of 29,086,200 ordinary bearer shares (with no par
value) to be issued out of an authorized capital.

The first day of trading is expected to be April 27, 2007.
