In accordance with §§ 21 Abs. 1, 22 Abs. 1 S. 1 Nr. 1 WpHG we have
received on April 23, 2007 the following announcements from Luma
Holdings Corporate Ltd., Road Town, Tortola/British Virgin Islands:

1. On April 03, 2007 the voting interests held by Standard Capital
Partners N.V., Willemstad, Curaçao/Netherlands Antilles, in Thielert
AG exceeded the threshold of 3%. As of that date Standard Capital
Partners N.V. controls 600,000 shares in Thielert AG, which
represents 3.1760% of the issued share capital of 18,891,530 shares.
3.1760% of these voting rights are attributed to Standard Capital
Partners N.V. in accordance with § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG. The
voting rights are attributed to Standard Capital Partners N.V. as
investment manager of Rhine Alpha (as reported in the mandatory
notice of January 8) and of other funds.

2. On April 03, 2007 the voting interests held by Luma Holdings
Corporate Ltd., Road Town, Tortola/British Virgin Islands, in
Thielert AG exceeded the threshold of 3%. As of that date Luma
Holdings Corporate Ltd controls 600,000 shares in Thielert AG, which
represents 3.1760% of the issued share capital of 18,891,530 shares.
3.1760% voting rights are attributed to Luma Holdings Corporate Ltd.
In accordance with § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 and sent. 2 WpHG. The
voting rights are attributed to Luma Holdings Corporate Ltd. through
its subsidiary Standard Capital Partners N.V. which is the investment
manager of Rhine Alpha Fund and other funds.
