Notification of Voting Rights (Stimmrechtsmitteilungen) pursuant to
sec. 21 para. 1 of the German Securities Trading Act

We were told in accordance with sec. 21 para. 1 of the German
Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz - "WpHG") in the name
and on behalf of SE Drive Technik GmbH, 44799 Bochum, Germany, that
on 12 April 2007 SE Drive Technik GmbH has exceeded the thresholds of
3 % and 5 % of the voting rights in REpower Systems AG,
Alsterkrugchaussee 378, 22335 Hamburg, Germany ("REpower"), and at
that time held 7.27 % of the voting rights in REpower, corresponding
to 649,168 voting rights.

We were further told in accordance with sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG in the
name and on behalf of AE-Rotor Holding BV, 7554NG Hengelo Ov, The
Netherlands, that on 12 April 2007 AE-Rotor Holding BV has exceeded
the thresholds of 3 % and 5 % of the voting rights in REpower and at
that time held 7.27 % of the voting rights in REpower, corresponding
to 649,168 voting rights. All of these voting rights were attached to
shares held by SE Drive Technik GmbH, which is controlled by AE-Rotor
Holding BV, and were attributed to AE-Rotor Holding BV pursuant to
sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.

We were further told in accordance with sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG in the
name and on behalf of Suzlon Wind Energy Limited, c/o Chalfen
Services Limited, London EC2A 3AY, United Kingdom, that on 12 April
2007 Suzlon Wind Energy Limited, United Kingdom, has exceeded the
thresholds of 3 % and 5 % of the voting rights in REpower and at that
time held 7.27 % of the voting rights in REpower, corresponding to
649,168 voting rights. All of these voting rights were attached to
shares held by SE Drive Technik GmbH, which is controlled by Suzlon
Wind Energy Limited, and were attributed to Suzlon Wind Energy
Limited pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG through
AE-Rotor Holding BV, which is controlled by Suzlon Wind Energy
Limited.

We were further told in accordance with sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG in the
name and on behalf of Suzlon Energy Limited, c/o Corporate and
Secretarial Services Centre Limited, Port Louis, Mauritius, that on
12 April 2007 Suzlon Energy Limited, Mauritius, has exceeded the
thresholds of 3 % and 5 % of the voting rights in REpower and at that
time held 7.27 % of the voting rights in REpower, corresponding to
649,168 voting rights. All of these voting rights were attached to
shares held by SE Drive Technik GmbH, which is controlled by Suzlon
Energy Limited, Mauritius, and were attributed to Suzlon Energy
Limited, Mauritius, pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG
through the following companies controlled by Suzlon Energy Limited,
Mauritius: Suzlon Wind Energy Limited; and AE-Rotor Holding BV.

We were further told in accordance with sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG in the
name and on behalf of Suzlon Energy Limited, Ahmedabad-380009, India
("Suzlon"), that on 12 April 2007 Suzlon has exceeded the thresholds
of 3 % and 5 % of the voting rights in REpower and at that time held
7.27 % of the voting rights in REpower, corresponding to 649,168
voting rights. All of these voting rights were attached to shares
held by SE Drive Technik GmbH, which is controlled by Suzlon, and
were attributed to Suzlon pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no.
1 WpHG through the following companies controlled by Suzlon: Suzlon
Energy Limited, Mauritius; Suzlon Wind Energy Limited; and AE-Rotor
Holding BV.

We were further told in accordance with sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG in the
name and on behalf of the individuals, companies and hindu undivided
families ("HUF") listed hereinafter (together the "Suzlon Shareholder
Group"), that on 12 April 2007 each member of the Suzlon Shareholder
Group has exceeded the thresholds of 3 % and 5 % of the voting rights
in REpower and at that time held 7.27 % of the voting rights in
REpower, corresponding to 649,168 voting rights. All of these voting
rights were attached to shares held by SE Drive Technik GmbH, which
is controlled by the Suzlon Shareholder Group, and were attributed to
the Suzlon Shareholder Group pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1
no. 1 WpHG through the following companies controlled by the Suzlon
Shareholder Group: Suzlon; Suzlon Energy Limited, Mauritius; Suzlon
Wind Energy Limited; and AE-Rotor Holding BV.
