and on behalf of such further subsidiaries as mentioned below
pursuant Section 21 para 1 and Section 24 German Securities Trading
Act that:

1. Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc, London, United Kingdom on April
10, 2007, has exceeded the threshold of 3% and of 5% of the voting rights
of PUMA AG, Wuerzburger Strasse 13, 91074 Herzogenaurach and on that day
holds 5.74% of the voting rights (= 916,787 shares, each carrying one
voting right); and

2. Each of the following holding entities of Morgan Stanley & Co.
International plc

i) Morgan Stanley, The Corporation Trust Company, Wilmington, Delaware,
USA;
ii) Morgan Stanley International Holdings Inc., The Corporation Trust
Company Corporation, Delaware, USA;
iii) Morgan Stanley International Limited, London, United Kingdom;
iv) Morgan Stanley Group (Europe), London, United Kingdom; and
v) Morgan Stanley UK Group, London, United Kingdom,

on April 10, 2007, has also exceeded the threshold of 3% and of 5% of the
voting rights of PUMA AG, Wuerzburger Strasse 13, 91074 Herzogenaurach and
on that day hold 5.74% of the voting rights (= 916,787 shares, each
carrying one voting right), whereby 5.74% of the aforementioned voting
rights, which are directly held by Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc,
London have to be attributed to each of the entities mentioned above unter
(i) to (v) pursuant Section 22 para. 1 Nr. 1 of the German Securities
Trading Act. In each case the attribution to each of the entities set forth
under (i) to (v) above occurs through each of the entities mentioned below
the respective entity.

Desweiteren hat uns Morgen Stanley gemäß § 21 Abs. 1 WpHG und § 24
WpHG folgendes mitgeteilt:
