Bad Soden, April, 19th, 2007 - TRIPLAN AG (ISIN: DE 0007499303) went
in to a partnership with Neilsoft Ltd., India, and sold a part of a
stock of the Technology Services-Segment to Neilsoft Ltd.. This is
about the product range CADISON, TRICAD and PIPE M. For these
purposes, Neilsoft Ltd. invests 60 percent in a new founded company,
that holds the rights on the products CADISON, TRICAD Original and
PIPE M. The purchase price is kept undisclosed.
With the agreement signing between both parties, the
internationalization and further product development will be
accelerated and pushed under the lead of Neilsoft Ltd. in our
partnership.
TRIPLAN´s Expertise in the Automotive - Segment with its own Software
development company Venturis remains as a core business to 100
percent in the TRIPLAN Group.
NEILSOFT Ltd. is a software and engineering services company with
alltogether approximately 700 employees. The company is based in
Pune, India. More over, NEILSOFT Ltd. has offices in the USA, Asia
and Europe. TRIPLAN´s Managing Board sees further added value
potentials in the partnership regarding the expansion of the
international engineering activities.
