1. On April 10, 2007 the percentage of voting rights of CRE Fiduciary
Services Inc. in Thielert AG in the capacity as trustee for CRE Trust
went under the threshold of 3% of the total voting rights of the
company due to sale of 200,000 shares and amounted to 400,000 shares
(2.01% voting rights).

2. On April 10, 2007 the percentage of voting rights of CRE Trust in
Thielert AG went under the threshold of 3% of the total voting rights
of the company due to sale of 200,000 shares and now amounted to
