We were told by the Martifer Group in their name and in the name and
on behalf of the persons and corporations listed hereinafter, about
the voting rights held by the these persons and corporations. To the
extent these persons and corporations have made notifications of
voting rights in the past, the following notifications complement,
repeat and/or - to the extent they are contradictory to such earlier
notifications - correct such earlier notifications as the case may
be. Notifications of voting rights in accordance with Section 41
para. 4a sentence 1 of the German Securities Trading Act ("WpHG")
made hereinafter are voluntary to the extent that the respective
persons or corporations have made the relevant notifications of
voting rights in accordance with the applicable provisions of the
WpHG in the past already.

1. We were told that on 28 January 2005Martifer SGPS, S.A., 3684-909
Oliveira de Frades, Portugal in accordance with Section 21 para. 1, has exceeded
the threshold of 5% of the voting rights in REpower Systems AG,
Alsterkrugchaussee 378, 22335 Hamburg, Germany and held 272,564 voting rights in
REpower corresponding to 5.05% of the voting rights in REpower on that day. On
17 March 2005 Martifer SGPS, S.A. has exceeded the threshold of 10% of the
voting rights in REpower and held 1,056,510 voting rights in REpower
corresponding to 19.56% of the voting rights in REpower on that day. On 30
December 2005 Martifer SGPS, S.A. has exceeded the threshold of 25% of the
voting rights in REpower and held 1,662,912 voting rights in REpower
corresponding to 27.99% of the voting rights in REpower on that day. All of
these voting rights were attributed to Martifer SGPS, S.A. pursuant to Section
22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG and were held through Martifer-Construções
metalomecânicas, S.A., 3684-909 Oliveira de Frades, Portugal, which was
controlled by Martifer SGPS, S.A.

We were further told in accordance with Section 41 para. 4a sentence 1 WpHG that
on 20 January 2007 Martifer SGPS, S.A. held 2,060,788 voting rights in REpower.
This corresponds to 25.39% of the voting rights in REpower. 1,541,118 voting
rights thereof, corresponding to 18.98% of the voting rights in REpower, are
attributed to Martifer SGPS, S.A. pursuant to Section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no.
1 WpHG and are held through Martifer Energy Systems, SGPS, S.A., 3684-909
Oliveira de Frades, Portugal, which is controlled by Martifer SGPS, S.A.

2. We were further told in accordance with Section 21 para. 1 WpHG by in
the name and on behalf of Martifer Energy Systems, SGPS, 3684-909 Oliveira de
Frades, Portugal, that on 28 December 2006 Martifer Energy Systems, SGPS, S.A.
has exceeded the threshold of 5 and 10% of the voting rights in REpower and held
1,541,118 voting rights in REpower corresponding to 18.98% of the voting rights
in REpower on that day.

We were told in accordance with Section 41 para. 4a sentence 1 WpHG in the name
and on behalf of Martifer Energy Systems, SGPS, S.A., that on 20 January 2007
Martifer Energy Systems, SGPS, S.A. held 1,541,118 voting rights in REpower.
This corresponds to 18.98% of the voting rights in REpower.

3. We were further told in accordance with Section 21 para. 1 WpHG in the
name and on be-half of Martifer-Construções metalomecânicas, S.A., 3684-909
Oliveira de Frades, Portugal, that Martifer-Construções metalomecânicas, S.A. on
28 January 2005 has exceeded the threshold of 5% of the voting rights in REpower
and held 272,564 voting rights in REpower corresponding to 5.05% of the voting
rights in REpower on that day. On 17 March 2005 Martifer-Construções
metalomecânicas, S.A. has exceeded the threshold of 10% of the voting rights in
REpower and held 1,056,510 voting rights in REpower corresponding to 19.56% of
the voting rights in REpower on that day. On 30 December 2005
Martifer-Construções metalomecânicas, S.A. has exceeded the threshold of 25% of
the voting rights in REpower and held 1,662,912 voting rights in REpower,
corresponding to 27.99% of the voting rights in REpower on that day.

We were further told in accordance with Section 21 para. 1 WpHG in the name and
on behalf of Martifer-Construções metalomecânicas, S.A., that on 31 March 2006
the holding in voting rights of Martifer-Construções metalomecânicas, S.A. in
REpower has fallen below the threshold of 25% and amounted to 19.02%
corresponding to 1,541,118 voting rights in REpower on that day. On 28 December
2006 the holding in voting rights of Martifer-Construções metalomecânicas, S.A.
in REpower has fallen below the thresholds of 5 and 10% of the voting rights in
REpower and it holds no voting rights in REpower since then.

4. We were further told in accordance with Section 21 para. 1 WpHG in the
name and on behalf of Mota-Engil, SGPS, S.A., 4300-454 Oporto, Portugal, that
Mota-Engil, SGPS, S.A. on 28 January 2005 has exceeded the threshold of 5% of
the voting rights in REpower and held 272,564 voting rights in REpower
corresponding to 5.05% of the voting rights in REpower on that day. On 17 March
2005 Mota-Engil, SGPS, S.A. has exceeded the threshold of 10% of the voting
rights in REpower and held 1,056,510 voting rights in REpower corresponding to
19.56% of the voting rights in REpower on that day. On 30 December 2005
Mota-Engil, SGPS, S.A. has exceeded the threshold of 25% of the voting rights in

- Martifer SGPS, S.A.; and
- Martifer-Construções metalomecânicas, S.A.

the name and on behalf of Mota-Engil, SGPS, S.A., that on 20 January 2007
Mota-Engil, SGPS, S.A. held 2,060,788 voting rights in REpower. This corresponds

S.A.

5. We were told in accordance with Section 21 para. 1 WpHG in the name and
on be-half of Mota-Engil, Engenharia e Construção, S.A., 4300-454 Oporto,
Portugal, that Mota-Engil, Engenharia e Construção, S.A. on 28 January 2005 has
exceeded the threshold of 5% of the voting rights in REpower and held 272,564
voting rights in REpower corresponding to 5.05% of the voting rights in REpower
on that day. On 17 March 2005 Mota-Engil, Engenharia e Construção, S.A. has
exceeded the threshold of 10% of the voting rights in REpower and held 1,056,510
voting rights in REpower corresponding to 19.56% of the voting rights in REpower

We were further told in accordance with Section 21 para. 1 WpHG in the name and
on behalf of Mota-Engil, Engenharia e Construção, S.A., that on 28 December 2006
the holding in voting rights of Mota-Engil, Engenharia e Construção, S.A. in
REpower has fallen below the thresholds of 5, 10 and 25% of the voting rights in
REpower on that day and that Mota-Engil, Engenharia e Construção, S.A. holds no
voting rights in REpower since then.

6. We were further told in accordance with Section 21 para. 1 WpHG in the
name and on behalf of Mota GESTÃO E PARTICIPAÇÕES, SGPS, S.A., 4300-454 Oporto,
Portugal, that Mota GESTÃO E PARTICIPAÇÕES, SGPS, S.A. on 28 January 2005 has
exceeded the threshold of 5% of the voting rights in REpower and held 272,564
voting rights in REpower corresponding to 5.05% of the voting rights in REpower
on that day. On 17 March 2005 Mota GESTÃO E PARTICIPAÇÕES, SGPS, S.A. has
exceeded the threshold of 10% of the voting rights in REpower and held 1,056,510
voting rights in REpower corresponding to 19.56% of the voting rights in REpower
on that day. On 30 December 2005 Mota GESTÃO E PARTICIPAÇÕES, SGPS, S.A. has
exceeded the threshold of 25% of the voting rights in REpower and held 1,662,912
voting rights in REpower corresponding to 27.99% of the voting rights in REpower
on that day. All of these voting rights were attributed to Mota GESTÃO E
PARTICIPAÇÕES, SGPS, S.A. pursuant to Section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG
and were held through the following companies which were within the meaning of
Section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1, para. 3 of the German Securities Trading
Act controlled by Mota GESTÃO E PARTICIPAÇÕES, SGPS, S.A.:

- Mota-Engil, Engenharia e Construção, S.A.;
- Martifer SGPS, S.A.; and
- Martifer-Construções metalomecânicas, S.A.

the name and on behalf of Mota GESTÃO E PARTICIPAÇÕES, SGPS, S.A., that on 20
January 2007 Mota GESTÃO E PARTICIPAÇÕES, SGPS, S.A. held 2,060,788 voting
rights in REpower. This corresponds to 25.39% of the voting rights in REpower.
All of these voting rights are attributed to Mota GESTÃO E PARTICIPAÇÕES, SGPS,
S.A. pursuant to Section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG and are held through

7. We were told in accordance with Section 21 para. 1 WpHG in the name and
on behalf of F.M. - SOCIEDADE DE CONTROLO, SGPS, S.A., 4300-454 Oporto,
Portugal, that F.M. - SOCIEDADE DE CONTROLO, SGPS, S.A. on 28 January 2005 has
exceeded the threshold of 5% of the voting rights in REpower and held 272,564
voting rights in REpower corresponding to 5.05% of the voting rights in REpower
on that day. On 17 March 2005 F.M. - SOCIEDADE DE CONTROLO, SGPS, S.A. has
exceeded the threshold of 10% of the voting rights in REpower and held 1,056,510
voting rights in REpower corresponding to 19.56% of the voting rights in REpower
on that day. On 30 December 2005 F.M. - SOCIEDADE DE CONTROLO, SGPS, S.A. has
exceeded the threshold of 25% of the voting rights in REpower and held 1,662,912
voting rights in REpower, corresponding to 27.99% of the voting rights in
REpower on that day. All of these voting rights were attributed to F.M. -
SOCIEDADE DE CONTROLO, SGPS, S.A. pursuant to Section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no.

meaning of Section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1, para. 3 of the German Securities
Trading Act controlled by F.M. - SOCIEDADE DE CONTROLO, SGPS, S.A.:
- SOMOTA, SGPS, S.A., Casa da Calçada, Amarante, Portugal;
- Mota GESTÃO E PARTICIPAÇÕES, SGPS, S.A.
- Mota-Engil, SGPS, S.A.;
- Mota-Engil, Engenharia e Construção, S.A.;
- Martifer SGPS, S.A.; and
- Martifer-Construções metalomecânicas, S.A.

S.A. pursuant to Section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG and are held through

sentence 1 no. 1, para. 3 of the German Securities Trading Act controlled by
F.M. - SOCIEDADE DE CONTROLO, SGPS, S.A.:

8. We were further told in accordance with Section 21 para. 1 WpHG in the
name and on behalf of F.M. - SOCIEDADE DE CONTROLO, SGPS, S.A., 4300-454 Oporto,
Portugal, in its capacity as legal successor of SOMOTA, SGPS, S.A., Casa da
Calçada, Amarante, Portugal, that SOMOTA, SGPS, S.A. on 28 January 2005 has
exceeded the threshold of 5% of the voting rights in REpower and held 272,564
voting rights in REpower corresponding to 5.05% of the voting rights in REpower
on that day. On 17 March 2005 SOMOTA, SGPS, S.A. has exceeded the threshold of
10% of the voting rights in REpower and held 1,056,510 voting rights in REpower
corresponding to 19.56% of the voting rights in REpower on that day. On 30
December 2005 SOMOTA, SGPS, S.A. has exceeded the threshold of 25% of the voting
rights in REpower and held 1,662,912 voting rights in REpower corresponding to
27.99% of the voting rights in REpower on that day. All of these voting rights
were attributed to SOMOTA, SGPS, S.A. pursuant to Section 22 para. 1 sentence 1
no. 1 WpHG and were held through the following companies which were within the
meaning of Section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1, para. 3 of the German Securities
Trading Act controlled by SOMOTA, SGPS, S.A.:
- Mota GESTÃO E PARTICIPAÇÕES, SGPS, S.A;
- Mota-Engil, SGPS, S.A.;
- Mota-Engil, Engenharia e Construção, S.A.;
- Martifer SGPS, S.A.; and
- Martifer-Construções metalomecânicas, S.A.

We were further told in accordance with Section 21 para. 1 WpHG in the name and
on behalf of F.M. - SOCIEDADE DE CONTROLO, SGPS, S.A. in its capacity as legal
successor of SOMOTA, SGPS, S.A., that on 28 December 2006 SOMOTA, SGPS, S.A was
merged into F.M. - SOCIEDADE DE CONTROLO, SGPS, S.A. and ceased to exist. The
holding in voting rights of SOMOTA, SGPS, S.A. in REpower has therefore fallen
below the thresholds of 5, 10 and 25% of the voting rights in REpower on that
day and it holds no voting rights in REpower since then.

9. We were further told in accordance with Section 21 para. 1 WpHG in the
name and on behalf of Mr. António Manuel Queirós Vasconcelos da Mota, Portugal,
that Mr. António Manuel Queirós Vasconcelos da Mota on 28 January 2005 has
exceeded the threshold of 5% of the voting rights in REpower and held 272,564
voting rights in REpower corresponding to 5.05% of the voting rights in REpower
on that day. On 17 March 2005 Mr. António Manuel Queirós Vasconcelos da Mota has
exceeded the threshold of 10% of the voting rights in REpower and held 1,056,510
voting rights in REpower corresponding to 19.56% of the voting rights in REpower
on that day. On 30 December 2005 Mr. António Manuel Queirós Vasconcelos da Mota
has exceeded the threshold of 25% of the voting rights in REpower and held
1,662,912 voting rights in REpower corresponding to 27.99% of the voting rights
in REpower on that day. All of these voting rights were attributed to Mr.
António Manuel Queirós Vasconcelos da Mota pursuant to Section 22 para. 1
sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG and were held through the following companies which were

REpower. All of these voting rights are attributed to Mr. António Manuel Queirós
Vasconcelos da Mota pursuant to Section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG and are
held through the following companies which are within the meaning of Section 22
para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1, para. 3 of the German Securities Trading Act
controlled by Mr. António Manuel Queirós Vasconcelos da Mota:

name and on behalf of Ms. Maria Manuela Queirós Vasconcelos Mota, Portugal, that
Ms. Maria Manuela Queirós Vasconcelos Mota on 28 January 2005 has exceeded the
threshold of 5% of the voting rights in REpower and held 272,564 voting rights
in REpower corresponding to 5.05% of the voting rights in REpower on that day.
On 17 March 2005 Ms. Maria Manuela Queirós Vasconcelos Mota has exceeded the
threshold of 10% of the voting rights in REpower and held 1,056,510 voting
rights in REpower corresponding to 19.56% of the voting rights in REpower on

5% of the voting rights in REpower and held 272,564 voting rights in REpower
corresponding to 5.05% of the voting rights in REpower on that day. On 17 March
2005 Ms. Maria Teresa Queirós Vasconcelos Mota has exceeded the threshold of 10%
of the voting rights in REpower and held 1,056,510 voting rights in REpower

We were further told in accordance with Section 41 para. 4a sentence 1 WpHG in
the name and on behalf of Ms. Maria Teresa Queirós Vasconcelos Mota, that on 20
January 2007 Ms. Maria Teresa Queirós Vasconcelos Mota held 2,060,788 voting
rights in REpower. This corresponds to 25.39% of the voting rights in REpower.
All of these voting rights are attributed to Ms. Maria Teresa Queirós
Vasconcelos Mota pursuant to Section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG and are
held through the following companies which are within the meaning of Section 22
para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1, para. 3 of the German Securities Trading Act
controlled by Ms. Maria Teresa Queirós Vasconcelos Mota:
- F.M. - SOCIEDADE DE CONTROLO, SGPS, S.A.;
- Mota GESTÃO E PARTICIPAÇÕES, SGPS, S.A.;
- Mota-Engil, SGPS, S.A.; and
- Martifer SGPS, S.A.
1,541,118 voting rights thereof, corresponding to 18.98% of the voting rights in
REpower, are also held through Martifer Energy Systems SGPS, S.A., which is
within the meaning of Section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1, para. 3 of the German
Securities Trading Act controlled by Ms. Maria Teresa Queirós Vasconcelos Mota.

12. We were further told in accordance with Section 21 para. 1 WpHG in the
name and on behalf of Ms. Maria Paula Queirós Vasconcelos Mota, Portugal, that
Ms. Maria Paula Queirós Vasconcelos Mota on 28 January 2005 has exceeded the
threshold of 5% of the voting rights in REpower and held 272,564 voting rights
in REpower corresponding to 5.05% of the voting rights in REpower on that day.
On 17 March 2005 Ms. Maria Paula Queirós Vasconcelos Mota has exceeded the
threshold of 10% of the voting rights in REpower and held 1,056,510 voting
rights in REpower corresponding to 19.56% of the voting rights in REpower on
that day. On 30 December 2005 Ms. Maria Paula Queirós Vasconcelos Mota has
exceeded the threshold of 25% of the voting rights in REpower and held 1,662,912
voting rights in REpower, corresponding to 27.99% of the voting rights in
REpower on that day. All of these voting rights were attributed to Ms. Maria
Paula Queirós Vasconcelos Mota pursuant to Section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1
WpHG and held through the following companies which were within the meaning of
Section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1, para. 3 of the German Securities Trading
Act controlled by Ms. Maria Paula Queirós Vasconcelos Mota:
- F.M. - SOCIEDADE DE CONTROLO, SGPS, S.A.;
- SOMOTA, SGPS, S.A.;
- Mota GESTÃO E PARTICIPAÇÕES, SGPS, S.A.;
- Mota-Engil, SGPS, S.A.;
- Mota-Engil, Engenharia e Construção, S.A.;
- Martifer SGPS, S.A.; and
- Martifer-Construções metalomecânicas, S.A.

13. We were further told in accordance with Section 21 para. 1 WpHG in the
name and on behalf of MTO SGPS, S.A., Zona Industrial, 3684-909 Oliveira de
Frades, Portugal, that MTO SGPS, S.A. on 28 January 2005 has exceeded the
threshold of 5% of the voting rights in REpower and held 272,564 voting rights
in REpower corresponding to 5.05% of the voting rights in REpower on that day.
On 17 March 2005 MTO SGPS, S.A. has exceeded the threshold of 10% of the voting
rights in REpower and held 1,056,510 voting rights in REpower corresponding to
19.56% of the voting rights in REpower on that day. On 30 December 2005 MTO
SGPS, S.A. has exceeded the threshold of 25% of the voting rights in REpower and

- Martifer-Construções metalomecânicas, S.A.

We were further told in accordance with Section 41 para. 4a sentence 1 WpHG in
the name and on behalf of MTO SGPS, S.A., that on 20 January 2007 MTO SGPS, S.A.
held 2,060,788 voting rights in REpower. This corresponds to 25.39% of the
voting rights in REpower. All of these voting rights are attributed to MTO SGPS,
S.A. pursuant to Section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG and are held through
Martifer SGPS, S.A. which is controlled by MTO SGPS, S.A. 1,541,118 voting
rights thereof, corresponding to 18.98% of the voting rights in REpower, are
also held through Martifer Energy Systems SGPS, S.A., which is controlled by MTO
SGPS, S.A.

14. We were further told in accordance with Section 21 para. 1 WpHG in the
name and on behalf of Mr. Carlos Martins, Portugal, that Mr. Carlos Martins on
28 January 2005 has exceeded the threshold of 5% of the voting rights in REpower
and held 272,564 voting rights in REpower corresponding to 5.05% of the voting
rights in REpower on that day. On 17 March 2005 Mr. Carlos Martins has exceeded
the threshold of 10% of the voting rights in REpower and held 1,056,510 voting
rights in REpower corresponding to 19.56% of the voting rights in REpower on

REpower on that day. On 17 March 2005 Dr. Jorge Martins has exceeded the
threshold of 10% of the voting rights in REpower and held 1,056,510 voting
