Köln (euro adhoc) - Cologne, 12th April 2007, VIVACON AG (ISIN DE0006048911) today announced final full-year results for 2006, whereas revenues as well as net income have improved compared to the preliminary results.
In 2006, continuous revenues from rental income and ground lease income increased by around 245% to EUR 20.0m compared to 2005. As a result, approximately 16% of total revenues in 2006 were derived from rental income and ongoing ground lease income.
