In its meeting on 12 April 2007, the Supervisory Board of KSB Aktiengesellschaft approved the suggestion of the Board of Management to propose to the Annual General Meeting the declaration of a dividend as follows: payment of a dividend for the financial year 2006 of Euro 2.00 per ordinary share and Euro 2.52 per preference share (previous year: Euro 0.00 / Euro 1.03).
