SinnerSchrader: First half-year 2006/2007 continuously dynamic / 21 per cent growth in revenues, 77 per cent improvement in EBITA

SinnerSchrader continued to develop dynamically in the second quarter
of 2006/2007 (1 December 2006 to 28 February 2007) with an organic
growth in revenues of almost 20 per cent. In the first half-year
2006/2007 revenues totalled almost EUR 9.4 million or 21 per cent up
on the previous year and slightly above the company's forecasts.

The operating result (EBITA) improved in the first half-year by 77
per cent to EUR 0.5 million. Thus, the earnings position also
developed according to plan, confirming SinnerSchrader's annual
targets - growth in revenues of 15 per cent to more than EUR 18
million and EBITA of EUR 1.2 million.

As of 28 February 2007, SinnerSchrader had a cash reserve of EUR 10.6
million at its disposal, almost EUR 0.6 million more than on 31
August 2006, and an equity ratio of 77.8 per cent.

22 per cent of revenues in the half-year under review were generated
with new clients such as the OTTO Group. In cooperation with OTTO and
Microsoft, SinnerSchrader designed and implemented the OTTO Store. It
is one of twenty global reference projects which was prepared for the
launch of the new Microsoft operating system Windows Vista and was
presented at the end of January 2007.

The OTTO Store is an example of demand creation, experience and
entertainment through an innovative, three-dimensional online
shopping world. It shows the cooperation of creative and technical
expertise - a combination which is in increasing demand on the
market. The question of how innovation in the Internet will change
marketing is at the core of SinnerSchrader's second trend congress
'next07' taking place 3 May 2007 under the theme of 'All Power to the
Consumer!?' (next07.com).
