Pursuant to Section 21 subsection (1) of the German Securities
Trading Act (WpHG) the BWInvest Baden-Württembergische
Investmentgesellschaft mbH with its headquarters in Stuttgart,
Germany, has notified us that its proportion of voting rights in
W.O.M. WORLD OF MEDICINE AG fell below the 5 percent and 3 percent
threshold on February 28, 2007 and since that day amounts to 2.11
percent (corresponding to 190,226 voting rights).

Correction to the release of a voting rights announcement from March
5, 2007, released on March 6, 2007: Pursuant to Section 21 subsection
(1) of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) the
Baden-Württembergische Versorgungsanstalt für Ärzte, Zahnärzte und
Tierärzte with its headquarters in Tübingen, Germany, has notified us
that its proportion of voting rights in W.O.M. WORLD OF MEDICINE AG
fell below the 3 percent threshold on February 28, 2007 and since
that day amounts to 2.27 percent (corresponding to 204,000 voting
rights). In reference to these, 1.72 percent (corresponding to
155,000 voting rights) from the Baden-Württembergischen
Investmentgesellschaft mbH with its headquarters in Stuttgart,
Germany, and 0.54 percent (corresponding to 49,000 voting rights)
from the Universal-Investment-Gesellschaft mbH with its headquarters
in Frankfurt, Germany, are to be attributed to them pursuant to
Section 22 subsection (1) sentence 1 no. 2 of the German Securities
Trading Act (WpHG).
