sections 21 (1), 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 German Securities Trading Act

Dear Sir/Madam, In the name and on behalf of the persons and entities
referred to below, we hereby notify you of the following:
1. On January 26, 2007, the stake of Artisan Partners Limited Partnership,
875 E. Wisconsin Ave., Suite 800, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53202, USA, in the voting
rights in Fraport AG Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide, Flughafen Frankfurt,
60547 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, exceeded the threshold of 3%. On that date,
Artisan Partners Limited Partnership held 3.06% in relation to all voting rights
in Fraport AG Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide (voting rights arising from
2,795,016 ordinary shares (Stammaktien); Fraport AG Frankfurt Airport Services
Worldwide has issued ordinary shares only). All voting rights in Fraport AG
Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide were attributed to Artisan Partners Limited
Partnership pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.
2. On January 26, 2007, the stake of Artisan Investment Corporation, 875 E.
Wisconsin Ave., Suite 800, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53202 USA, in the voting rights
in Fraport AG Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide, Flughafen Frankfurt, 60547
Frankfurt am Main, Germany, exceeded the threshold of 3%. On that date, Artisan
Investment Corporation held 3.06% in relation to all voting rights in Fraport AG
Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide (voting rights arising from 2,795,016
ordinary shares (Stammaktien)). All voting rights in Fraport AG Frankfurt
Airport Services Worldwide were attributed to Artisan Investment Corporation
pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 and 3 WpHG.
3. On January 26, 2007, the stake of Mr Andrew A. Ziegler, USA, in the
voting rights in Fraport AG Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide, Flughafen
Frankfurt, 60547 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, exceeded the threshold of 3%. On
that date, Mr Andrew A. Ziegler held 3.06% in relation to all voting rights in
Fraport AG Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide (voting rights arising from
2,795,016 ordinary shares (Stammaktien)). All voting rights in Fraport AG
Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide were attributed to Mr. Andrew A. Ziegler
pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 and 3 WpHG.
4. On January 26, 2007, the stake of Ms. Carlene M. Ziegler, USA, in the
voting rights in Fraport AG Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide, Flughafen
Frankfurt, 60547 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, exceeded the threshold of 3%. On
that date, Ms. Carlene M. Ziegler held 3.06% in relation to all voting rights in
Fraport AG Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide (voting rights arising from
2,795,016 ordinary shares (Stammaktien)). All voting rights in Fraport AG
Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide were attributed to Ms. Carlene M. Ziegler
pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 and 3 WpHG.
5. On March 19, 2007, the stake of ZFIC, Inc., 875 E. Wisconsin
Ave., Suite 800, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53202 USA, in the voting rights
in Fraport AG Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide, Flughafen
Frankfurt, 60547 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, exceeded the threshold
of 3%. On that date, ZFIC, Inc. held 3.88% in relation to all voting
rights in Fraport AG Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide (voting
rights arising from 3,545,451 ordinary shares (Stammaktien)). All
voting rights in Fraport AG Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide were
attributed to ZFIC, Inc. pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in
connection with sent. 2 and 3 WpHG.
