ISS Recommends Dong-A Pharmaceutical Co. Shareholders Vote 'For' Nominees Proposed by Shareholder Group and 'Against' Management Nominees

Seoul, South Korea (ots/PRNewswire) -

Moon-Seok Kang today announced that Institutional Shareholder
Services (ISS), a leading independent proxy voting advisory service,
whose clients include hundreds of institutional investors, mutual
funds, money managers and other fiduciaries, has issued its
recommendation advising its clients to support and vote For the slate
of nominees that he and fellow shareholders of Dong-A Pharmaceutical
Co. (KSE: 000640.KS) have nominated for election. ISS also recommends
that clients vote Against the nominees sponsored by Management.

In its recommendation, ISS stated that:
