the voting interest held by Dexia Asset Management Belgium, 1080
Brussels Belgium, in Solar-Fabrik AG für Produktion und Vertrieb von
solartechnischen Produkten", Munzinger Str. 10 79111 Freiburg Germany
exceeded the threshold(s) of 3% and amounts to 3.08%, i.e 274 100
voting rights at this day. All voting rights are attributable to us
in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 of the WpHG."
