At the Extraordinary General Meeting of KTM Power Sports AG, which took place on March 9th, 2007, the increase of the maximum number of actually three members of the executive board to five members as well as the relocation of the company’s seat to Mattighofen has been decided. Rudolf Knünz retired from its function as Chief Financial Officer and has been elected to the supervisory board. Mr. Knünz has been appointed as chairman of the supervisory board in the supervisory board meeting of KTM Power Sports AG, following the Extraordinary General Meeting. Further on, Harald Plöckinger, Hubert Trunkenpolz and Patrick Prügger, up to now members of the management board of the fully owned subsidiary KTM-Sportmotorcycle AG, have been appointed to the executive board of KTM Power Sports AG. The new elected executive board as well as Stefan Pierer as chief executive officer have been appointed for another five years.
