Verizon Business Tunes Up Communications Links for BEHRINGER With World-Class Private IP Network

Verizon Business announced today that BEHRINGER, a leading global
designer, manufacturer and distributor of professional audio and
musical instrument products, has implemented Verizon Private IP
connecting six of BEHRINGER's key offices worldwide.

Under a two-year contract, Verizon Business is providing BEHRINGER
with a seamless global voice and data network linking the company's
headquarters in Singapore with its manufacturing base in China and
other primary business locations in the U.S.A., Germany and the
Philippines. By consolidating its network operations through a single
Managed Services provider, BEHRINGER has enhanced network management
and improved overall cost efficiencies.

BEHRINGER founded in Germany in 1989, sells its products to over
125 countries worldwide via its network of local offices, dealers and
distributors. Ensuring efficient communications between all of the
company's worldwide operations is critical for the company -- yet as
its business has expanded, this has proved to be increasingly
time-consuming and costly. BEHRINGER therefore decided to adopt a
managed network solution, enabling the company to focus on its own
business, while entrusting its business-critical network operations
to Verizon Business.

Verizon Business is providing BEHRINGER with full Managed Services
support across its network infrastructure, including the seamless
integration of IP telephony over Private IP. IT infrastructure
management tools give BEHRINGER a birds-eye view for easy network
management and early detection of problems, and the company also
benefits from low latency through Verizon Business' industry-leading
service level agreements (SLAs) that ensure a high level of quality
of service.

bandwidth for one-third the cost. Next steps are to integrate our
