For the first time since its IPO in June 2001, init innovation in traffic systems AG expects to pay a dividend this year. The Managing Board and the Supervisory Board of the company intend to propose to the shareholders’ meeting convening on May 16 that a dividend of 0.10 Euro be paid for each share certificate entitled to dividends. The proposed appropriation of earnings has now been approved by the Supervisory Board of init innovation traffic systems AG. In the preceding fiscal year, init attained the best results both in sales and profitability in its entire company history. The full annual report will be published at the press conference on financial statements on March 28.
